I ordered my usual size, but it fit way smaller than I expected and just didn’t feel quite right on me. The item itself seemed fine, so I was a little bummed the sizing didn’t work out.

I had to get in touch with bluebella about my order , and the replies were just painfully slow .

I waited several days and ended up messaging again before anyone finally got back to me . Even then , the reply did not really answer what I was asking .

It was frustrating overall . I do like some of the pieces on the site , but the customer service made the whole experience annoying , so I would not be in a hurry to order again

I wore it for the day and comfy it was not. Felt scratchy pretty much the whole time, and I kept wanting to take it off.

I really wanted to like this set because it’s pretty, but the quality just wasn’t there. After only about two washes, the strap started fraying and one of the seams came loose. I was already feeling mentally drained and dealing with this just made it more frustrating. For the price, I definitely expected it to hold up better. I wouldn’t buy it again.

It’s a really set and it fits me fine, so I do like how it looks!! But the lace feels a little thinner than I expected for the price!!! It’s not bad at all, just not super amazing either!!

I ordered from Bluebella and the main thing I noticed was the shipping felt a little slow. The tracking didn’t update very quickly either, so I wasn’t always sure where the package was. It did arrive in good condition in the end, so nothing went seriously wrong, but based on my experience, the shipping process could definitely be smoother. Not a bad experience overall, just not especially fast.

I had a good experience ordering from bluebella.us. The site was easy to get around, and I found my size really quickly. Checkout didn’t give me any trouble either. It was simple, smooth, and I’d definitely shop there again.

The clothes were cute, I’ll give them that, but the return situation was kind of a mess. The whole little return circus took way longer than I expected, and the exchange instructions weren’t exactly crystal clear. Customer service did respond, but mostly with vague nothings, so that didn’t help much. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was absolutely sure about the size

I ordered a black bra, but what showed up was the wrong color and the wrong size. I figured it would be an easy fix, but support kept passing me around and asking the same questions over and over, so it turned into this annoying loop instead of actually getting resolved. Way more hassle than it should’ve been.

I really like the look of these styles. They’re pretty, modern, and just have a nice fresh feel to them.

I ordered a set and paid for standard shipping, but then it just kind of sat there with no updates for days. Only after I emailed them, the tracking finally started moving, which was annoying honestly.
The stuff did show up eventually and everything was fine, so that part okay it was. But the delivery was not something I’d call reliable. If I needed it by a certain date, I probably wouldn’t order again. Maybe it was just bad luck, but frustrated it definitely left me.
